Lately it seems as if right before I take my p.m. dose of Lexapro, clonazepam and doxepin, I start feeling really anxious about social situations that I experienced previously during the day. It's like this: paranoia, self-doubt, ruminations about what I did and what I could have done. I can't turn my mind away from these thoughts and I don't understand why it would happen right before scheduled dosing for at least an hour. I think all of the meds I take stay in the system for a while. I feel great and confident during the day and I think I'm doing a very good job for the company I work for, happy with my job, and then it all crumbles. Does this happen to anyone else? I'm seriously thinking of approaching my GP about Nardil. Doesn't this sound like it could be related to my social anxiety?

Taking mine makes me anxious which is why I take them at bedtime. And the day ones when I wake-up to use the bathroom. Love Phillipa

Based on what you described it sounds like your cocktail actually works pretty good. I mean, if you are feeling good at work and all that is ok, that's a huge win in the tough pbabble world.
Maybe try playing with dosing times. And maybe do split doses instead of all at once. See if there are ways to tweak the meds that are working for you.
