i don't actually know if emsam is what's causing this for me, but it does seem to have emerged only after my latest - now successful - trial of the patch.
it started at around 1 week on the patch. may be just a coincidence (i hope!!!), but can't determine anything else it could be - yet.
anyone else getting this...or any itching, for that matter?
tia,
pulse

Pulse I have not had that problem so far. I've been surveying some of the studies on selegline and (trying to be positive) it may be that it produces benefical changes in our bodies that appear to be side effects at least initially.
I'm always trying to separate hype from reality especially with the life extension people. But I found this link to be informative about some of the studies.

Pulse I know it's annoying but if that's the worst of the side effects and it's working for you if you have to see a dermatologist. Love Phillipa

thanks, Philipa.
i'd just remembered a long thread with so many complaining about intense scalp itching from doxepin/ sinequan, which, oddly, is given for itching, so when this started for me on emsam....
i'll take your suggestion under advisement.
it *may* be already abit better this eve.
best regards,
pulse
