Can a SAD lamp help with the symptoms of depression that come along with OCD?
Im currently taking 60mg of prozac a day for OCD and have had a SAD Lamp bought for me.
There seems to be little information in the leaflet and I was wondering if anyone on here knew if it was safe to use the SAD lamp with Anti depressants and if its ok to use with OCD (I.e it wont make it worse!)

I wouldn't think so. Does sunlight make your OCD worse? Fondly, Phillipa

No, Infact I tend to feel better in summer which is the reason I bought a SAD lamp to start with. Good point lol.
