My mother swears sleep is causing all my problems,i tried to tell her yess sleep is a mjor factor,but the main reasons for the sleep problems themselves are A Im on a medication known almost indefinatly to produce insomnia B DEPRESSION,depression itself causes insomnia.But to qwell her i agreeded to it.
After being through smome exper i am terrified of bing on my on in a hosp setting,has anyone taken one of these sleep studies,im really concerned about tonight.

Hi Willyee,
I wasn't quite sure from your post whether you are actually having the sleep study done tonight. If so, my post is a bit late. I hope it went well.
Several doctors have advised me to have a sleep study. I guess that's the only way to know whether or not you have sleep apnea, right?
What medicine are you on that disrupts your sleep?
