bloodshot / red eyes - Is Adderall the culprit?

I take 5mg of Adderall three times per day; sometimes a total of 30mg (which is the actual prescription) depending on how I feel.

Does anyone know if Adderall can cause bloodshot / red eyes?

According to a pharmacist, raised blood pressure is a possibility due to broken blood vessels in the eye. Otherwise, it might be dry, irritated eyes, right?

I certainly can't have people at work wondering if I'm high. Visine doesn't seem to help. Any feedback?
