I have been taking cymbalta for about 6 weeks. My ankles, feet, wrists and hands hurt very badly. Has anyone had similar side affects due to cymbalta. I am assuming that the cymbalta is the cause of my pain. I started about 3 weeks ago.

I have not had this reaction on Cymbalta - have you let your doctor know? Everyone reacts differently to medications, but I wouldn't be happy with this!

Thank you for your reply. I have not gone to a doctor. I tried calling my gynecologist, but he has not been at his office. My gynecologist is the one who put me on the medicine. It is scary to go to a doctor. Going to a doctor triggers anxiety in me.
Do you know how long it takes for the cymbalta to get out of your system? I have been off of it for three days. I started taking prozac again. I am experiencing depression now.
