If you're out there Ace, could you comment on whether you think Topamax, at a low dose 25-50 mg., might prevent monthly hormonal migraines that last 5-14 days? The last migraine lasted 7 days, and left me with trigeminal pain for 3 days so far. I know your studying crainial anatomy, and thought you might have some insight. I'm trying to stay away from some of the other meds that have worse side effects, like Tegratol. (?)
