With me, I know within 10 minautes of waking up, weather it is going to be a good day or a bad day.
I noticed that when I was taking cogentin at one point, if I timed it right that I could wake up the next morning on the right side of the bed.
I heard that TCA's effects on sleep might be due to their anticholinergic properties.
Anyone else notice that bedtime anticholinergics can act as antidepressants ?
