On 150mg XL Wellbutrin I had a little buzz, but the Effexor was hampering my personal life. So I upped my Wellbutrin to 300mg and now I am soooo sleepy. Is this normal? I guess I need to go back to the 150xl?

i am not sure why it is making you sleepy. Wellbutrin always made me very alert. I would check w/ your doc about that.
