I have been off the AP for 13 months and the benzo for 15 months and still experience muscle twitching. It is so much better but I still get it and it is annoying. How long will this last or will this last forever as a symptom of w/d?
I never had twitching on the drugs. Why now?

Is it your legs? It could be restless leg syndrome. Fondly, Phillipa

My legs are not at all restless. It is just simple muscle twitching. These drugs have put a dent in my life and getting back to normal seems hard sometimes.

Hi Philipa,
You didn't insult me at all! Why would you think that? I had major twitching when first coming off the drugs. It was all over in my body. It lasted for long periods of time and it was hard twitching. It happened in my eyelids, motuh area, legs, arms, back, etc. Now, I only get it once and a while and it is in my extremites mostly. The ones in my face was so annoying.
This is the end of the thread.
