I read on a website (www.crazymeds.org) that if you take lithium, then stimulants won't work for you (for attention problems or else for that matter).
I certainly know that I can't just believe everything I read online, but I'm just wondering if anyone knows about this or has any experience?
Has anyone been on lithium AND a stimulant and they worked fine together?

There is a lot of truth to this. The antiglutamatergic effects of lithium will block many of the subjective effects of a stimulant.
Infact this is how antimanic agents are found these days, they test an agents ability to block the a stimulants effect on locomotion.
There may still be some effect, but I would certainly agree that many of the effects of the drug might be blocked.
