Ok - I tried the Effexor but it just made me feel flat so I went back to the Wellbutrin. I am also taking 600mg of Trileptal. The Wellbutrin gives me a little anxiety so we've added Buspar, which seems to be pretty good. Anyone tried Buspar with Wellbutrin?
I can't go up on the Trileptal because even though I'm on a high does of birth control pills to makes me breakthough bleed if I go higher than 600mg.

Have you tried changing birth control pills? I had to when I started Trileptal. I only take 450 mg.

I forgot to mention that Trileptal lessens the efficacy of your birth control pill so ...
