I read a paper a while ago that described the use of beta blockers
as a second tier ADHD treatment combined with Ritalin. Has
anyone heard of this and which beta blockers in particular are
used?I'm interested in a change to my meds that would increase
my blood pressure. If there's a BP med that also has a
positive effect on ADHD I'm interested in finding out more.

The only 2 blood pressure meds widely used for ADHD that I am aware of are clonodine (catapress) and tenex. I don't think that they are beta blockers.
But I take Toprol XL which is a beta blocker. I also take Concerta which is a slow release ritalin. The Toprol helps with agitation.
