Ok, I read all kinds of terrible stories of people gaining weight on Effexor. So maybe I should stay on the Wellbutrin.
But there must be something I can take with the Wellbutrin to take the edge off. I love Klonopin - but the pdocs don't like perscribing it. I'm fed-up with Trileptal. I can't get any fatter, which limits my choices.
Would Buspar take the edge off the anxiety and agressive-mean feelings?
I don't know what to do anymore! I'm frustrated with meds!

Funny, usually Trileptal is weight neutral. Depending how long you have been on the Wellbutrin, the effects may wear off. You may be able to take lower dose and still get the antidepressant effect.
Because of the seizure risk with Wellbutrin taking .5 of Klonopin might be a good thing.
Buspar works, but its effects are slow. It can a take a few months for it to kick in.
Maybe someone on the Alternative can suggest something to help you.

I didn't gain any wt on trileptal. And I don't think I had any side effects either. Fondly, Phillipa
