Hey Mitch,
I noticed your down to 0.3 mg of celexa per day. I think you said you felt very stable. Does this change you mind ... maybe BP II should be on all mood stablizers and no antidepressants? Thanks, Smith

Thanks, SmithI think that the "right" mood stabilizers and dosage should take *precedence* over antidepressant use. Not that you can eliminate AD usage altogether-just watch out for AD's because they have great potential to destabilize and IMO create "turbidity" that can confuse the hell out of trying to treat bipolar syndromes.
