I'm taking Klonopin for panic attacks but its not working in time, even when take it early.
They seem to happen around 3:00-4:45 but they also happen around 7-9 also is there lurking periods, i feel as if i slightly lose control, then im in absolte survival mode.
Please can you tell me if valium would be effective?

Valium works faster.
If you are suffering from daily panic and anxiety you would be better off finding a med to help that other than a benzo. Paxil is known to help people with anxiety.
You should also do cognitive behavioural therapy. It is suppose to be one the best remedies for anxiety.

I took l0mg of paxil for panic attacks, and Xanax with it. It took 3 months before I could get off the couch. I've taken valium in the past and it stopped my panic attacks in a short while but that was 20 yrs ago. I'm on klonopin l.5mg now with wellbutrin l50mg just added, and I'm going o ask the pdoc if he'll switch me to valium when I see him. Klonopin makes me feel dead and does nothing for anxiety in my opinion. Phillipa
