I am taking ritalin and I really don't like the way I feel on it. I am prone to anxiety and I want to be calm enough and proficient enough to do what I gotta do. I am also trying to manage alot in my life and I take BP medicine. I am also seeking support from the right sort. God Bless

What are you taking it for? Are you ADHD? If you're not, I would think it would make you very anxious. Phillipa
