Well I was changed to Concerta 54mg after the adderall was not lasting that long. Athough the adderall did still work, just not that long. Concerta does not work at all :( Not motivation, I lost my drive, I am unable to concentrate, and it makes me feel even more depressed and want to sleep more. I have a feeling that Ritilan based stuff just does not work for me. Any other stimulant options on the amphetamine side of the spectrum?

Try dexadrine maybe? I used to be on Focalin when I was in school, took it as needed because I felt very speedy on it. However, if I did take it for studying, It worked wonders. I heard something about a focalin extended-release? Not sure about that. I know the short-acting one I was on generally lasts only about 3 hours.

Hope this helps

The doctor prescribes me 400mg of Provigil and the pdoc says "under the table" I can take 600mg of Provigil because I found that to be the best dose to combat my symptoms (athough I run out early). THe Provigil taken alone actually does give me more of a kick than the Concerta. But I need that extra boost with dexidrine or adderall. My tolerance probably is lower now that I have not been on that for awhile now. Thanks for the suggestions. Also I am applying for an intensive treatment program and hopefully that will allow me not to rely so heavily on medication.
