Hello. Here they sell 56 tablets of 150mg or 300mg lyrica.
Can I start from 300mg a day to 600mg after a week or so? Or should I get the 150mg tablets first?!
How have you titrated up to 600mg?
Thanks
Kristel

Its up to you, i titrated up rather quickly because the 100-300 wasnt all that effective.
I dont want to tell you to start with 150 or 300 cause it could be different for you... for social phobia etc.. the highest dose is what i required, at that is 600mg in the morning, sometimes more as needed, but not usually. i did start lower at first.
the common side effects at first are a werid headache/pressure feeling (it goes away with time!) , sleepiness or stimulating ( i am stimulated on 600mg all at once daily) and as i mentioned before weight gain. feel a little drunkish werid ghb/xtc feeling almost sometimes also.
good luck

jlbl2l,
Could you describe the manner in which pregabalin has helped your social anxiety? Here's the reason I ask.
Klonopin helps social anxiety by eliminating built-in avoidance and fear of social rejection, it does not however, seem to have a pro-social effect. That's not bad, but for many, not the entire answer.
First off, if you taken klonopin, and how does pregabalin differ from it in regard to social anxiety? I assume they must differ in some respect, because they operate at entirely different sites.
This is the end of the thread.
