Well i'm still making decisions on what to use in my 3-4month break from Nardil...
Anafranil is one...
but is Anafranil OK in these combos
1. Anafranil + 15mg Remeron
2. Anafranil + Luvox (small dose)
3. Anafranil + Effexor
4. Anafranil + Zyprexa + Solian
5. Anafranil + Nortryptiline
as you all know the last time i tried anafranil within 2 days i had a very strong paradoxical depressive response to it...but i did titrate to 50mg on the second day.If i titrate slowly, say 25mg each week up to around 125-150mg can you guys forsee the paradoxical depression nullified?
Anafranil is meant to be a wonderful antidepressant....any users comments, or any comments in general from anyone!
Thanks!

Any number of meds have made me more depressed on start up, and I have tended to run screaming away from them. But I've often wondered if things would have turned around...have they ever for you?

Oftentimes yes. I find that the medications can cause initial pressure. I think they in some ways force you to think about the future and what you need to change in order to make things better. They always make me feel uncomfortable at first cause they almost force me to face the things I am trying to avoid.
