permanently changes your heart. I knew about how it can change your heart rythym but this person said it could make your heart larger and even if you went off the med it would be permanent damage. Speaking of heart rythyms: how do you know if your heart rythyms have changed? I take my blood pressure and heart rate everyday and so far it's fine. I run low on the bp but always have. like tonight it was 98/62 and rate=90. i've always ran high on the heart rate. So now i'm nervous.

Don't know about the heart thing, I'm afraid. But can you tell me...does the stuff work?

it's been working great for me. i take it as a mood stabilizer. i get very angry at times and hold onto that anger for days. i still get mad but it goes away. i do have insomnia from it but since i started taking it at night, that has gotten better. i take klonopin to help with some of the restlessness/anxiety i get from it. but i have major anxiety anhow so i'm not sure if it is the geodon doing it. but i love it.life has been so different on this stuff. i'm thinking it's my majic bullet. that's why i'm afraid if it does cause the heart to grow then i may have to stop taking it.

I've tried so many drugs that if this one works I'll let my heart grow to the size of a watermelon. And I feel pretty OK so far. I'll talk to my pdoc about the risks and report.
