Anyone lower 10mg lexapro to 5mg for sexual dysfunction? Have panic and anxiety and do really well at 10mg! What was the results?

I am tapering off 10mg of Lex because of SSE's and weight gain right now. The results so far have been pretty good. Definitely more interested in sex at 5mg but still no orgasm, although it hasn't been very long periods of sexual activity, could be part of the problem. I noticed after 3-4 days my sex drive coming back a bit.
