SInce I am in the midst of Lexapro withdrawals, I was just curious how it stacks up in terms of how quickly it leaves your body as opposed to some of the other SSRIs

Prozac is the SSRI with the remarkably long half-life - about 1 week. The others are about a day plus or minus 8 hours. The metabolism of some drugs can be highly variable between individuals. That is why you will see such large ranges quoted for some of them.
