I was on 500 mg for about 4 weeks. Made me too veggy but helped with agitiation. So I'm coming off it. I'm on 1mg klonpoin and 20 lexapro. My question: I feel edgy after 2 days cutting down to 250 from 500mg depakote. Is this normal. Man I don't wanna go thru zanax like frakout here. Please help.

I was on Depakote ER 1250mg for ten months. Due to side effects I switched to Lamictal. We decreased by 250mg each week until off altogether. I did experience a bit of anxiety after each decrease but it always went away after a few days. Hang in there.

yeah, I am a baby I am so self absorbed I feel every twinge of fear etc. I just need to be held lol
