my dose is getting upped to 40mg tommorrow.I have been in bad shape the past couple of days.I have been taking 20mg prozac in the morning and sleeping during the day because mainly of anxiety attacks.Should i continue to take it in the morning or would the night time be better.

For me, when I was on prozac and took it during the day I had the exact same problem. Then I started taking it at night and sort of slept through the anxiety.You might want to try that.
