I am on dexemphatamine and I have read that over a third of the drug is wasted at the GI tract.
However if I add a uninary alkalinizer the absorption will be greater hence the drug will be more effective.Sometimes when I have a big meal the night before I notice that my dex isn't having much an effect.
Therefore to alkaline my stomache I reasoned I need the alkalinizer(baking soda)
My question is when is the ideal time to take it.
If I take my tablet with alkalinizer at the same will it destroy the drug or should I have the
alkalinizer than wait what 5 minutes,10 minutes
an hour? I am at a loss.
Will food assist in the process or decrease its theraupetic effect.I find the drug very inconsistent and want it to make it more reliable.
If anybody can assist me in this I'll greatly appreciate it.
This is the end of the thread.
