NADH/Selegiline

Can anyone think of any potential adverse interactions in combining NADH with low-dose(5/10mg)Selegiline, for ADD symptoms?
Being bipolar11 and as sensetive as a firecracker touch-paper, the only one I can think of immediately is overstimulation, due to Selegiline's active meth. metabolites...
