In the UK Kwells (or HYOSCINE HYDROBROMIDE as its called generically) travel sickness tablets are particularly good at easing the nausea associated with many psychiatric drugs. We use it at work particularly for clozaril and effexor. They can be bought OTC.
I'm sorry if this has been posted before but its probably worth restating since effexor seems so troublesome. I hope this is helpful.

>Hi Halcyonandon,
Thanks for the heads up! It's nice to know of other options. :) I found that Remeron fixes my Effexor nausea & also is good for sleep & helps with anorgasmia also.
Cheers,
Panda.
