I read from somewhere that even though SSRI's are all SSRI's there are some that work in similar manner.
I read that Celexa and Paxil are similar.
So, could someone categorize if there is such list?

The SSRIs are similar enough as to be grouped together. However, each SSRI is different enough from the others to have varying effects on each individual. These include both therapeutic effects and side effects.
