return of sex drive?

I just read in a research article that your sex drive should return to normal 1-3 days after discontinuing an SSRI (excluding Prozac b/c of the long half-life). Have most of you experienced this? I was off Paxil for about a month and still no return of sex drive! Totally frusterating!!!
