Well, it's been 3 weeks and I think I might just make it. I only go to the medicine cabinet every few days and take a 37 when the brain zaps get so severe I cant concentrate. My moodiness and crying have subsided. I thank the Lord most of all, but I also thank you the people who post for your encouragement. I went to GNC today and they gave me some natural things to help balance out my moods I hope the combination works. I can't wait to say good riddens to the sweats. Good luck to all. I can say the withdrawls and feelings I felt on this med is worse than anything I ever felt untreated for Bi-polar

what's a 37 and what did GNC recommend? I've heard of Sam-e and St. John's Wort, anything else? I'm on day 21 of withdrawals from Effexor
Thanks,
Wendy
