Hi guys, i been on remeron for 9 mnths i uppsed my dose from 30mg to 45 mg about a week and a half ago cus i fealt it was pooping out, but lately i been more anxious, and i dont like it, so i just dropped back down to 30 mg, i am scared, already, i am so anxious and cant keep calm, i got racing thoughts, i know its just anxiey.... have any of you got any experiences? i dont want to come of it completely i just need to wean down to a propper dose, a dose where i f eel more monged than anxious.... my doctor wont give me nothing at all, he is leaving it to the phsyciatrist which i will hopefully see soon, been waiting for 9 mnths !!!! grrrrrrr ok thanx for reading....

Hey, I'm learning optimism :)
When you get to see the psycho he'll probably add something to the remeron.
It takes a long time for the docs to prescribe more than one med-- NHS --That's why we're called patients - have to be patient - but I'm not nowadays.

I just realised that I've been seeing a medicine psychiatrist for 5 years -every 2 months in 10 minute assesments!
Maybe I live in the wrong side of town...
