Center for Mental Health and Addictions (Clarke Inst.) should most certainly have something in Toronto. I could have signed up for one in Hamilton, (McMaster) but am pursuing meds at this time. BTW..these are some of the best Psychiatry schools in the world. If you get a chance, go.
