Is it possible to stimulate dopamine, norepenephrine, or serotoin without drugs? Are there techniques to do this with thinking? visualisation, hypnosis? Anything? I jsut want some good info, if possible. Thanks

Clicking the Amygdala?!?!?
Posted by Susan on April 1, 2000, at 23:34:45What is clicking the Amygdala? Don't ask me. Ask Neil Slade,
music teacher, psychic and internet instructor of such refined
subjects as curing depression, moving clouds, and fixing everything!About amygdala clicking, Slade says:
It seems to work very well for just about everyone,
and is completely in keeping with what is accepted
by neuroscientists and psychologists about
brain anatomy and behavior.Whew! Complete acceptance. I wish I had that!

Of course such a claim requires proof, and scientific documentation:
http://www.h2net.net/p/nslade/Papers/clicking.html
With that settled, we can get to the heart of the matter.
Clicking the amygdala can cure anything, sooner or later:http://discserver.snap.com/discussion.cgi?id=27155&article=853&date_query=948041490
And clicking is widely accepted as a technique for weather modification:

If you don't yet accept Slade's hypothesis, you probably have not studied enough of it!
Here is plenty more:http://www.h2net.net/p/nslade/Papers/Library.html
And of course, Neil welcomes all comments, pro or con.
Just remember, he says, you are what you write.
Don't be a reptile, he suggests!

Try this method.
Get a handfull of prescriptions each of which stimulate a particular Neurotransmitter and book three sessions with a good hypnotherapist.
Start of with the first medication and book the hypnotherapy session when you know the drug peaks.
Ask the hypnotherapist to suggest to you that you attach the medicated mind and body feeling which you are experiencing to an unusual combination of trigger words like BeginTrotoffKraftSaladDopamine and EndTrotoffKraftSaladDopamine. Ask him to make a CD with him saying each word on a seperate track.
Repeat for all medications and Save yourself a fortune on drugs.

Low frequency sinusoidal waves tones in the range of 70-200 hz, played constantly will increase serotonin levels.
Other tones will do the same thing although not as well. A home remedy to stop the baby crying is to turn on the vaccume. Not because it drowns them out but because a constant tone is entrancing.
Also chewing gum purportedly increased serotonin levels and levels of alertness.

I read an interesting article (posted here). Basically it states that grape juice (and presumably some other grape products) increase dopamine levels. Interesting, and i have yet to experiment.
