I find it quite interesting that in my family my mother was sticken w/ parkinsons and my brother w/ schizophrenia. Parkinsons has a lose of dopimine and schizophrenia has an increase.
AND myself and my sister suffer from depression, panic and angorophobia.

schizophrenia has an increase
depends on the site, in Schizophrenia
it could be an increase or decrease of dopamine.
