Hi,
I've started taking amisulpride at 100mg/day. I noticed that others take it only at 50mg/day for that dopamine boost. Do you think its wise to drop down to 50mg? how come nobody here takes it at 100mg? For those that have had a positive antidepressant/anxiety response, Have you also noticed other positives such as clearer mind/reduced brain fog/better memory recall?
Also has anyone tried mixing 5-htp and/or phenlalanine with nardil before? I'm only on 67.5mg so I'm thinking about it, but maybe I'm playing with fire.
Thanks
Falcon

hi,
I notice lots more energy at 100mg, I'm from Australia as well and so the pills come in 100mg and thats what I take. I think it's an unreal medication for social anxiety and negative symptoms, it won't give you any bad side effects like other meds and so you hardly even notice it which for me is really important as I don't like feeling drugs taking a hold of me. I'm a lot more positive than I've been in ages and I also take 5-htp with it without any problems, but keep 5-htp below 100mg a day if you are taking an anti depressent or you'll get serotonin syndrome, which I did once when I took a lot and yeah it was a pretty freaky experience.

I'm on Ami too- can't wait til it kicks in- I'm only at week two- and meds usually take a while to work me.
I might be doing 100mg soon- I'll keep in contact
Cheers 'mate' time to have a 'barby'!!!
