I am wondering if anyone here has used HRT for depression.
My depressive episodes are apparently triggered by hormonal fluctuations/imbalances, as most episodes begin (precisely) the first day of menstruation with others occurring the week just prior. I'm beginning to think I should see an OBGYN rather than a Pdoc (?)
