Okay, I started taking Adderall 3 days ago. Today I took 30mg (15mg twice). Mainly I have just noticed this emotional lability - I feel like crying, and kind of fearful, and just very down. It isn't a "crash" after 6 hours - it is present the whole day. Is this typical? Has anyone experienced this? I don't know if I should keep taking it because it is really not a good feeling, but I have heard that it goes away after a few days. I am kind of afraid to keep taking it though.
By the way, this is regular Adderall, not XR.

Thought I posted already, but it didn't show up... Nevertheless, you might have to add an antidepressant. Adderall boosts dopamine and can reduce serotonin; for some this is an unfavorable imbalance. You haven't quit any med/s lately have you?
