I also started taking 800 of Vit E yesterday upon the recommendation of my PCP for fibrocystic breast tenderness, maybe that is causing my 'warm feeling and nausea'??? I've never taken Vit E in my life, except in Centrum YEARS ago.
Any thoughts??
Who knows:(

This may not really address your question, but I have always had a horrible time tolerating any vits, minerals, suppliments of ALOT of varieties. (me- keep trying) I did the Vit E for the fibrocystic thing for a while. It was a long time ago, but I remember a quite embarrassing GI symptom with it and that's all I recall. Otherwise, the "extras" I probably should be taking, end up causing headaches, GI stuff, and achiness (I do have arthritis - mild, thankfully, at this point). I can't tell if I'm doing this to myself after trials and trials (assume it will always happen), but I find when I discontinue them, the symptoms go away. WHO KNOWS! Some people take cupfuls of things daily and do fine. I don't tolerate much of anything---
I don't know if my experience is helpful for your situation or not.
