i am wondering how you go about switching two SSRIs so i can tell my GP, is there a big danger of serotonin syndrome if you increase one/decrease the other slowly?

i am thinking of switching luvox for celexa but will try to talk to a pdoc first (if at all possible)

Nope. You can do an immediate switch with no danger.
