Hello,
I am bipolar II with major depression. My hypomanic experiences have all been anti-depressant induced. When depressed, I have insomnia with early morning wakenings. I'm thinking about adding trimipramine (surmontil) for sleep. But one major question: Will it leave sedated the next day????
I tried Remeron (15-45 mg) for 6 months and it left me very tired the next day.
