Parnate added as Wellbutrin phased out

Any experienced Parnate users out there? I'm currently on Wellbutrin, giving it the ol' 6 week hi-dose try. But it's not cutting it. Pdoc indicated that the Parnate can be added towards the end of the Wellbutrin wash-out, so they'd be a few days of overlap.

Anyone try this?

Also, I'm prone to high blood pressure even without MAOIS. I've been given a calcium channel blocking agent. Will this affect the Parnate?
