I just started taking effexor less than a week ago. What types of sexual side effects can I expect? Being a Male. Pro longed ejaculation? Pre- mature ejaculation etc. I havent experienced impotency.

I am a woman but I had full sexual side effects. No libido, no ability. If you havent had problems on SSRIs you may not have a problem with it.
