hi how are you doin. i was wondering when you first noticed the effects of mirapex kick in. its been 1 week for me just up to .75mgs and no effect yet. im worried that it wont do anything condisering i must have tried 20 or so meds that have done nothing, when i was sure they would. i think i really fit the low dopamine profile, and stimulants help me alot (although they always poop out. is this to low of a dose to notice any effect? also what dose were you on when it kicked in? i feel like this is my last hope. any other words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated. thanks so much, tom

Most people don't notice an effect until they reach at least 3mg/day. I began to feel its effects at 4.5mg/day. The effects were almost immediate upon raising my dose to that level. But whatever you do, don't start increasing your dose more quickly (I know how tempting it can be) or you're in for some pretty horrible nausea and possible hallucinations.
