I have severe depression, probably bipolar. my meds are Lexapro 20mg since Oct, Seroquel at night 400mg since May, Wellbutrin SR 150mg since October, Klonopin 1 mg bid, Lamictal 200mg in am and 100mg in pm.since May. A lot of meds but I have been doing well mentally. Problem is since June I have had severe abdominal cramping, esp on left side and intermittent nausea. They have done 2 MRI's, 2 ultrasounds and I have seen a gynecologist and GI doctor who did a colonoscopy and everything turns up normal. But I know my pain is real. Could any of these meds be causing these symptoms. I have been on Klonopin for two years.

Could very well be meds. Cramps could be from taking wellbutrin, maybe you get over enegised from it. Nausia could be from any one of them, most cause nausia. Since you are on so many they are all adding side-effects together and making you feel sick. Posibility, I went into MRI's a few times just I find out nothing physicaly wrong with me but I was developing sever mental illness. This was befor the meds for me. I guess thats a posibility too.
