I was just diagnosed with bi-polar II and started on Lithium and Wellbutrin. I have gradually been moved up to 600 mg Lithobid and 400 mg Wellbutrin over a 5 week period. Luckily I have not had any major side effects. I am feeling a lot better as I was EXTREMELY depressed but I don't feel 100% I am still having mood fluctuations but not going down nearly as low as I was. My good moments aren't as good as I have felt when I was normal (not hypomanic.) Has anyone else used a combo like this and how long were you on it before you consistently felt good?
