So much Effexor, now with Lexapro...side effects

My doctor recently upped my effexor to 350 a day and added lexapro. I am ver nervous and cant seem to sleep unless in short napping spells. I can't eat nearly as much as I used to, but stay hungry. To fight this I just eat crackers when I feel hunger between meals. I also can't reach orgasm and am becoming dizzy. What is going on?!

Too much drug.

I would resume a dose that made you feel ok,
side effect wise. Perhaps then talk to some people about the great AD augmentors that
are available, like folic acid and fish oil.

Fish oil works with all AD's and has a potent effect on most who have tried it.

I am also on AD's so Im not some radical herbalist.
