My former therapist gave me a printout of the 2002 edition of this chart, and I always wondered where he got it. The individual antidepressants' affinities for NE, 5HT, DA, and even sedation and anticholinergia levels, are shown; sedation, orthostatic hypotenson, risk of EPS, anticholinergia, and even inter-drug equivalency is given for the antipsychotics; a very well-done benzodiazepine-equivalency chart (actually fairly accurate, judging by my experience) is also provided, along with sections on stimulants, anti-obsessionals, mood-stabilizers, hypnotics, OTC's, and even brief explanations of ACH side effects and EPS symptoms. Hope this is of some help to somebody!
