Oh Yeah!!!!!!! I feel like I can't lay still and as if my legs are doing an Irish dance in bed. It seems that the only thing that will make them feel better is if I get up and kick the h*ll out of something for hours until I collapse from exhuastion. It doesn't happen every night. It is worse when I am in the middle of a dosage increase. You are not alone =)

thanks Tanya, that's why I posted about Cogentin. My doc gave me the Cogentin to help with the "heeby jeebie's" of the restless legs but it ain't workin.
I'm glad I'm not alone but isn't it the pits?!
Good way to learn the Irish jig;)
thanks again,
gal
