i think back to when my anxiety was at a low and almost all gone ,the only thing different was less stress in life( ok thats an easy one)but I excersized my butt off and got good sleep,and ate very good and healthy and took vitamins and supplents ,ok my point I truly believe that,being a health concious excersizing person helps,this may be simple but its true,just a helpfull hint to pass on,

I find that making my health the number 1 priority definately takes stress off.
